Patrick J. Callanan  (Pat)

              Pat Callanan, has had an extensive business career, as well as an active involvement in the Ridgewood and Saddle River Communities and Bergen county prior to joining the firm of Marron & Gildea Realtors. Pat was a partner in Arthur Andersen and was CEO of his own consulting firm.  As Chief Operating Officer of a number of 6(+) companies, he had extensive exposure in the field of Real Estate.

          Pat and his wife, Mary, recently moved back to Ridgewood from Saddle River where they resided for eleven years.  As twenty five-year residents of Crest Road in Ridgewood, they raised their six children in local schools.  Pat served as Chairman of the Planning Board and authored the Ridgewood Master Plan in 1973.  He was a Councilman and Deputy Mayor of Ridgewood for four years.  Pat is currently a director of the Saddle River Valley Club.

          Pat brings a knowledgeable and professional business approach to the Marron & Gildea Realtors organization and is associated with its Ridgewood Office, located at 50 West Ridgewood Avenue.
