I like best about Pat is that he moves quickly,
which suits my impatient personality perfectly.
I left a phone message for Pat at 6 AM on
a Saturday morning to tell him about a house
I just saw – newly listed – and wanted to
see ASAP –before the early morning crowds
rushed in. Before 9 AM that morning Pat and
I had met with the owner, toured the house
– and had put a contract together – all in
the same day. My kind of guy!
